Currency convention: Account values may be displayed in USDT as an internal accounting and reference unit interpreted as USD-equivalent values. USDT is not a depositable or withdrawable asset on BASIS. See Risk Disclosure.

1) Operator and jurisdiction
BASIS is operated by BASIS DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD, a Seychelles-incorporated entity. Governing law and dispute resolution are defined in the full Terms.

BASIS does not guarantee returns. Any performance references are illustrative or historical.
3) Digital asset risk
Users acknowledge that:
digital assets are volatile
reference units such as USDT may diverge from USD
exchanges and networks can fail
technical, custody, and settlement risks exist
4) User responsibility
Users are responsible for:
complying with laws applicable to them
securing their account access, email access, wallets, and devices
understanding deposit, withdrawal, swap, staking, and unstaking policies
5) USDT unit of account
Amounts shown in the interface may be denominated in USDT for internal accounting and display purposes only. USDT is treated as a reference unit for USD-equivalent valuation and is not available for deposit or withdrawal on BASIS.
