## 1) Operator and jurisdiction

BASIS is operated by BASIS DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD, a Seychelles IBC. Governing law and dispute resolution are defined in the full Terms.

## 2) No guarantee of returns

BASIS does not guarantee returns. Any performance references are illustrative or historical.

## 3) Digital asset risk

Users acknowledge that:

* digital assets are volatile
* reference units such as USDT may diverge from USD
* exchanges and networks can fail
* technical, custody, and settlement risks exist

## 4) User responsibility

Users are responsible for:

* complying with laws applicable to them
* securing their account access, email access, wallets, and devices
* understanding deposit, withdrawal, swap, staking, and unstaking policies

## 5) USDT unit of account

Amounts shown in the interface may be denominated in USDT for internal accounting and display purposes only. USDT is treated as a reference unit for USD-equivalent valuation and is not available for deposit or withdrawal on BASIS.
